Guess who turned 3?

Yep - Kaitlyn turned 3 on March 14th

- hard to believe -

We had a swimming party on Friday @ the Hot Springs
.

Kaitlyn and the other kids had a blast and were jumping in and out of the pool and did NOT want to leave. Morgan fell asleep in her little floaty.
.

They slept well and were fully rested for the big party on Saturday...

The weather was nice (a little chilly) so the kids got outside for a little while

Time for presents...

Kaitlyn got a new play tent for the backyard, Tigger & Pooh poster board,

a new life jacket and shoes for swimming,

a new bike w/ 'pretties' on the handle bars (it was a popular item),

.

some new books/games for her computer,

some really cool coloring books and a cars blanket,

.

and lots of monies to feed her dinosaur.

We had a garden cake & Dora ice cream (by request)

.

Who needs a fork?

We had to set the tent up and try it out. Kaitlyn LOVES it and would like to eat, sleep and play in it all day long if we'd let her.

She's also been trying out the new bike w/ Daddy's coaching,

catching fish with Grandma and showing off her new puzzle-building skills to Grandpa JD.

.

Morgan attended the festivities too but was not feeling well. She had a fever and teething so she just got lots of lovin's from everyone

Morgan was all partied out - even though she slept through most of the party...

She briefly found some ambition to play.
