Visitors

We had visitors for the past week or so (my excuse for the belated blog post). Theron's sister Cole and friend Kelly as well as his sister Jenna and her boyfriend Lewis came out from Delaware to visit for a week or so. Lewis's sister Katy lives in Manhattan (small world huh?) and came over too.

Aunt Cole getting in a little chalk time with the kids. She did alot with the kids while she was here - took them for walks and to the park, played games and puzzles, watched some movies...she was very good to them and they will miss her!

We had a few hot days (mid-90's) so we had to break out all the waterstuff.

No these aren't our kids and that's not me on the side cheering them on but it is the picture from the box of the Waterslide Morgan got for her birthday....looks like fun.

Here it is assembled in our backyard...I think they need to work on their photoshopping/scaling on their next item...you come down the slide and you're almost out of the pool and there is definitly not room from someone to be in the pool cheering you on.

The kids had fun with it though. The slide only lasted one day and it deflated due to multiple holes in the plastic that couldn't be repaired.

It cooled them off and wore them out just the same!

Tyson even dumped the toys out of the tub again so he could watch a movie before bed. He was very upset when we told him he could not actually sleep in it.

We made an afternoon trip to Ennis Lake to get cooled off on Sunday.
