Our busy weekend started with the Manhattan Potato Festival.
The only event we attended was the parade so the kids could get a ton of candy. It was a perfect day (not too hot) for the parade and there were great floats...
Devin got passed around and LOVED it. Here he is with Keely (she was going to steal him so we had to keep a close eye on her).
Anne was loving up on him too! He's by far the most social of our babies and he was super smiley for everyone.
Tyson wasn't feeling too well so he stuck to the blanket and napped alot. He managed to show some interest in the tractors that 2nd Grandma won for him.
Sunday Tyson was wanting Devin to come lay in his bed while he was waking up. He got way more than he bargained for when the girls decided to come too. He wasn't very happy about that and he definitly wasn't ready to smile for the camera.
We went to a princess birthday party on Sunday too but I don't have any pictures to show off. Tyson tagged along and was very good but he requested that next time we go to a boy-party :-)
Here's what Daddy did while we were gone to the birthday party - reinforce the rafters in the 1904-portion of our house. It looks as hot and miserable as it was (at least according to Theron) but it went really well. It's the first step in our first home rennovation of the new house - adding a fireplace.
Devin managed to hit two milestones this weekend too. He rolled over for the first time on his own (I know - a little late but he's always in something or being held so he hasn't really had the opportunity). He also sat up in his high chair while we were eating dinner. It was more like he sprung up because he went past the point of sitting up and right to his face but he was thrilled with his new view.
