We headed out of town last week for Uncle Ryelan and Jenny's wedding in Delaware.
We got the 6am flight out of Bozeman and everyone was pretty excited to be flying. The kids did great on all of our flights. We got compliments on how well behaved they were which was nice considering some of the looks we got when boarding the plane every time.
Katy came with us too - proved to be very handy to have an extra pair of hands along the way...thank you Katy!
Day 1 we hit the Salisbury Zoo.
We were greeted by a Wallaby
Alligators...yeah, let's move on...
Posing with 2nd Grandma in a rather shady picture - but still cute :)
Flamingos - the kids got a kick out of their long funny legs.
The spider monkeys were by far the most entertaining. We saw all sorts of other animals too, even a Bobcat. It was a great day and a good way to stretch our legs after flying/riding the day before.
2nd Grandma bought Morgan a little sun hat...
Busted!
There was a bonfire and BBQ at Aunt Jenna and Lewis's house. Kaitlyn hanging on Uncle Ryelan.
Tyson was tearing it up and working on the firewood pile.
Plumb wore himself out. This was the wagon to be used for the wedding (for Devin) but Uncle Conner set it up so little man could take a rest after all that work he did.
What?

I didn't take any pictures at the wedding so I'm going to skip that and post later when the professional pictures come available (supposedly later this week).

On Mother's Day Daddy and the aunts/uncles went paintball-ing so the kids and I went to the local strawberry patch.
Yes, he spilled Morgan's whole basket being his trouble-causing self...little stinker.
"The twins" as Aunt Bethany calls them. We went to have lunch with the family Monday at Meding & Son Seafood (2nd Grandma's family).
Kaitlyn and Mom-Mom Meding (Great Grandma).

And what's a trip to Delaware without going to the beach?
We picked a nice overcast day that didn't look warm but it was and the kids had a blast!
They were not warmed about the salty water but Morgan found out the hard way. I got something yucky in my mouth she said :)
Grandma, showed them how to make a sand castle.
Devin surprisingly liked it...he didn't care that he was completely covered in sand.
Tyson was the self-proclaimed life guard. He actually said he needed to sit there to watch his kids (he was the dad).
As expected, Kaitlyn had to hone in on his fun...
It was a great afternoon.
If it were up to Kaitlyn we would have stayed here for our entire trip.

While Mommy took Devin to the Dr...poor little man...the kids took a trip with Daddy and Co. down to Lewes Bay and saw some big ships. There was supposed to be a pirate ship that they could actually go on but we were a couple days early so they missed out. I think they were OK with it though...they were uneasy about the pirate talk :)
This pirate ship was good though. It was a cute little park down by the bay...where the watermelons grow...back to my home...I dare not go...:)
At the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.
Uncle Ryelan and their puppy Bullet.
We went to a birthday part for Aunt Melinda and got some more great food - Daddy got his shrimp fix.
All the kiddos with Mom-Mom Meding.
Daddy, Ryelan, Bethany, and Grandpa David.
Wednesday Katy, Uncle Connor and Daddy took the kids fishing at Aunt Jenna and Lewis's pond.
Kaitlyn caught the only fish...."hurry mom, take the picture this thing is gross!" She actually caught a 2nd fish later (a bass we think) but she was on the shore by herself and when she was reeling it in told Bethany that she caught another fish. As Bethany was coming to help Kaitlyn saw the top of the bass and dropped her pole and ran back to the house. She told us that she had caught a crocodile...too cute.
Morgan was disappointed she didn't get a fish but she liked rowing around in the little boat.
Aunt Bethany got her line hooked on a bush...so she got to go wading :) Watch out for those crocodiles!
Morgan and Tyson driving in Aunt Logan's jeep. Yes, the were a little hot but were loving it.
Morgan all dressed up somebody's fancy shoes from the wedding.
Yes, it was tiring huh Devin? He was sick for 4 of the 7 days we were there but was a trooper. Thankfully we did get him on a nebulizer and some antibiotics a few days before we came home. Maybe next time he can enjoy himself a little more:)
