Theron and I took the girls to Sesame Street Live last night. Although we don't watch the show on PBS, Kaitlyn knows who Elmo and Big Bird are so we figured they'd enjoy it.
Kaitlyn talked me into getting an $8 pennant 'cause all the other kids had "flags". The ball was $12 but we had free tickets so we called the souvenirs a bargain.
Shortly after arriving, Morgan had to leave a souvenir of her own for Elmo...you probably didn't need to know that but I find it funny 'cause it's the ONLY thing that causes her to stop everything she's doing...it takes focus!
The beginning of the show was quite exciting...
I couldn't believe how much Morgan liked it. She didn't want to be held...just wanted down so she could dance along to the music.

Morgan lost momentum as her bed time approached. It was pajama day at school for her class so it worked out rather well, she just crashed on the way home and was ready for bed.
Kaitlyn however, was wound up all the way home and wasn't really interested in going to bed. Here she is reciting the Pledge of Allegiance with her new 'flag'...what a ham!
