Sold (again)

No kidding...just a few weeks after our buyers backed out from our sale, they've gotten their ducks in a row and have made an offer to buy our house...again. This time there were no negotiations, just picked up where we left off and we're closing in 2 weeks. Thankfully, we have a few weeks after that to move but still...July 18th is going to come all to quickly! So we've resumed our scramble to find a house of our own and have made an offer on one. (I'll share details at a later date if it plays out.) Otherwise we'll be on the great search for a rental. We're obviously excited because there aren't alot of houses selling in the area - and we're thankful that they want our house enough to made it work. We have alot of packing and strategizing ahead of us but look forward to the challenge (I think). Wish us luck and we'll keep you posted on our findings and hopefully our new address...
