Happy New Year! We had gotten some noisemakers and planned on having a movie night to ring in the new year. This was around 9pm, then I woke up in the chair with the movie over and everyone asleep about 11:50pm. So I woke Theron up, said Happy New Year and went to bed....pretty exiciting stuff!
This was the morning of New Years Eve...Hot Chocolate and marshmellows...yummmm!
Morgan making the jump on the sledding hill...ouch! Shortly after this Morgan went down with a fever and had the full-blown flu by early morning. She managed to hang onto it for the entire weekend...poor little stinker. It gave Mommy a real good reason to stay home and get some cleaning and some much needed after-Christmas organization done.
Kaitlyn and Maggie made a few runs down the luge track too.

The unsick kids got to spend some time outside on Sat/Sun. Tyson misses boucing over at the playground...I don't think it's quite as flexible as when it's 90 degrees outside but it works!

Monday Morgan was feeling better but not 100% so we stayed home...I'm sure she felt much better after her 'little brother' came and sat on her lap so they could read....he means well.
They just looked like they were up to no good....and they were. Tyson is getting started on his cauliflower ear well before he starts wrestling...

and a beautiful princess....the best part of the 3-day weekend was just hanging out around the house and not having to run all over town. Christmas was great, as was 2010 but we were ready to move on to a slower pace.
And last but not least...he's a little late getting into the Christmas spirit but he's prepping for next year...
