Oh yes we did. We got a puppy!
The kids are loving him...although "he's a little jumpy and scratchy" Tyson says.
He's proving to be a very mild-mannered puppy and loves any attention he can get. The first night we had him Chaz wasn't around so he got plenty of running around and attention.
Daddy, doing what Daddy does best with a new baby...take a nap with them.
He's seemed to warm up most to Tyson, who doesn't seem to mind.
Yes, he's as soft as he looks :)

Chaz isn't a huge fan quite yet. Although they have been spotted playing together so there's hope :)
Tyson and his pupper dog. At this point in the week many names had been thrown out: Nutty (the kids' favorite), Buddy, Teddy, Turbo, Chief, Crash (Tyson's favorite) Olaf, Finley, Chip (mommy's favorite), Gus, Jax, Copper...
What should my name be?
Kaitlyn snuggling him in the car.
Mommy takes him to work everyday so he gets some alone time but at least 3 walks a day. Karen, a co-worker always takes him on a walk or two also.

He even has a Golden friend, Ruby. She's a few months older and gives him a run for his money.

Non-puppy pictures...
We got chickens! We've actually had them for a few weeks but Mommy just hasn't taken pictures (because well, Mommy isn't too crazy about birds in general). But we're chicken-sitting for some friends that had to move away for a year. So far they've been pretty easy and Daddy has been letting them out and around the yard.
The boys reviewing Kaitlyn's homework. Devin decided that she had them wrong and scribbled all over the bottom half of her paper...nice buddy.
His favorite hiding spot...in Daddy's shirt closet. He happened to be naked because he didn't want to get dressed.
And while hiding from Mommy, he can practice his gymnastics :)
