We participated in the Trek to the Big Sky again this year.

We definitely weren't the first to the top but we made it!
Afterwhich the girls had some newfound energy.
Then came the fun part. They shut the chairlift down due to lightning so we had the bright idea of taking a shortcut down - right down the ski slope. Well it turned out to be a very bad idea 'cause the lightning was all around us, the rain came (with a little hail), and the grass got very slippery. Everyone got down safely but it wasn't a fun end to the day.
