4th of July Vacation - Part 3

The plan was to go home on Saturday (late) and because it was heating up we decided to go to the river for a few hours and cool off before heading out. We found a great little place where Prospect Creek dumps into the Clark Fork just below the dam.

As bigger kids (High School) we used to float on tubes down here and swim all over the place. The water was a little bit warmer than Dry Creek (thankfully) but was still pretty chill because TFalls has had such a cooler-start to their summer.

Morgan, Auntie E and Easton

We found an oar for a canoe or something on the beach so Tyson had a grand old time with it.

Addy - little sweetie!

Kaitlyn and Ashton going in the "deep" part.

The dogs had a great time swimming in the big river..they were plumb tuckered out after their many swims.

Happy boy - with his Daddy.

Easton was having a great time - I think he moved every rock within 5 feet of where he was standing.

Morgan, thinking about going for a swim.

Uncle Jay trying to catch himself a fish or two.

We hit the road and met up with Uncle Bob at the Missoula Airport to stretch our legs. Little did we know he had a plan to take everyone out on the big structure fire truck.

Not any one of them as happy about it (yeah right!)
Tyson had to sit on his hands the entire time because he was so excited.

They looped way out on the taxi-way and then came back firing the water at Mommy, Daddy and 2nd Grandma. Good thing it can only shoot straight forward :)

The shirt was not planned but hey, everyone needs job security right?
