We've definitely done our fair share of BBQ'ing here in August.

Daddy got to show off some of his shotgun skills.
The kids had fun playing on the big giant hill and rock piles.
We were thrilled that the only other kids there were boys, for Tyson's sake :)

As a note: Daddy played on a softball team this year...this was the only picture I had that turned out but they had a great year and he really enjoyed himself.
Devin enjoyed crawling up and down the big grassy hill at the games too. Yes, he's still crawling and not walking. Believe me, there will be an entire post dedicated to Devin finally taking steps on his own with video included. We're shooting for the 16-month mark because at that age 92% of toddlers are walking. He's in Grandma's training academy and put in some miles so let's all cross our fingers.
Kaitlyn was in a little training of her own. Grandma found her inline roller skates in the shed and was helping her learn. Devin's truck makes a pretty good thing to balance on. Plus Devin gets to go for lots of rides.
