Getting Out

Daddy wanted to get out of the house last weekend (after the sick-o in-house week we had) and the kids welcomed the opportunity. Mommy had to work Saturday so Daddy packed up the camper and the herd and headed west.
Ben, Theresa and Family were game for a cold-weather camping trip. Here's the lone picture, Devin helping Ben make some dinner.

Kaitlyn however drew a nice picture of the camping trip. Not sure where the orange tricycle/truck came from but the camper is pretty accurate :) They came home Sunday morning and that gave Mommy some time to disinfect the house.

A couple pictures of Devin at school. He blew out his clothes so he got to pick out of the 'extras' bin and found him some nice green suspender-pants.

So sweet!

One picture of dog treats in Devin's snack cabinet. Long story but in short there was an open bag of dog treats in the garage. Morgan was putting them in a new Ziploc back and Devin ate one. She was terribly grossed out but put them in his cabinet because well, he liked them :)

Our watermelon-loving boys!

Grandpa game to visit on Tuesday night. The girls were supposed to have a softball game but it was a little cold/snowy so they canceled it. We hung out and opened belated birthday presents. Kaitlyn got a wall-hanging organizer for her room.

Tyson got a semi-truck and excavator Lego set. Happy boys!

Grandpa and the girls before school on Wednesday.

Thursday they had a game so we bundled up and headed to the field. We need a baby to put in this stroller because our baby can push the stroller now :)

The boys found some friends on the dirt hills.

The dugout, good shelter from the wind and cold.

Daddy was helping another girl with her pitching.
Devin was being a copy-cat.

Kaitlyn got to pitch again and did good, she even got a couple strike-outs.

Morgan in the outfield.

Kaitlyn being catcher.

Morgan on her 2nd at-bat and she got on base!!!!

The smile on her face was a mile-wide!

Snack time!

We had a game Saturday in Three Forks.
Tyson trying on some of the gear.

When in Rome...his didn't work out as well :)

Mommy was the scorekeeper and the dugout babysitter. Here was Kaitlyn asking for the 100th time when it's her turn to bat.

The spectators are quite entertained by Devin. He tries to figure out how to get on the field at every game...then Theron or I run out there and drag him off. Here he is trying to sneak out into left field.
