As timely as it was...their hot water heater went out on Christmas Day. So...the one day of the year that NO STORES are open we had to make do.
The next day, the boys were at the door of the hardware store when it opened...and brought home this awesome box for the kids to play in.
Kaitlyn got her wish of riding horses...
Morgan just wanted to help get them ready...
We made the normal laps around the place until everyone was cold and hungry.
Grandpa always has a fire going.
A good way to get rid of Christmas paper too!
Easton was asking if we were going to camp out by the fire tonight...uh no.

Thankfully we got some real snow over the break.
Unfortunately it was the night before we were all going to leave...making slick roads.
So we went sledding...
The dad's always make it so fun for the kids!
Well I didn't do much sledding...mostly supervising and hand warming :)

One big group...we were certain somebody was going to get hurt.
They all arrived at the bottom safely.
Yum...fresh snow.
See...he always makes a fire :)
