And we're off to the Bozeman Christmas Stroll. The weather that day was deceiving because it was so nice...sunny...and warm. But when the sun went down...burr.

So, here we were. Selling cotton candy for the 4-H rabbit project.
Freezing.
Oreo, no so freezing. He didn't know what all the hype was about.
We did get a sneak peek of Santa as he strolled on by early in the evening.

While the kids played around all weekend, the parents were doing a lot of this
Sorry if you're grossed out but they guys cut up 4 elk and 2 deer in one day; then us girls helped wrap everything up. It was a lot of work but we all have full freezers, which is awesome!

Earlier that week Chip and Chaz had wrangled this fella out of the bank of the ditch in front of the house. The next morning we found him frozen in the front yard, a lonely Muskrat.

Sunday we heard Chip yelping and Jay looked out to see this one chasing Chip across the field. He saved the day and hit it over the head with a shovel, "saving" Chip in the process. Post hunting season success!
