Tuesday morning the girls had their interviews.
Morgan telling about her indoor projects: sewing and cooking.
Kaitlyn's turn for cooking and crochet.
Then she had her animal interview for rabbit and swine.
Morgan was more excited than the picture portrays :)

This is where she wanted to be...packing around her buddy Corrie Joe. These two got some quality time throughout the fair.
The next day we went back to look at the judging...here were Kaitlyn's Roasted Vegetables.

She was bummed to get reds but she's a little older now and the competition is a little tougher.
She was thrilled with her 2nd place medal from Archery. She had shot back in March but they receive their awards at fair time.

..and last but not least, the skirt she didn't want to make to begin with (or finish). She's glad she did now. It was a nice teaching moment for us :-)
