We headed for the hills Friday early to make an very important birthday party.
We managed to get one nice picture of the troop at Nana's and Pop Pop's
Here's the birthday boy, turning 80. This was a 4-generations photo that they were taking. Uncle Mike, Cousin Matt, and his 4 month old baby Maiko.
Not one of them smiled or really wanted to be in the picture :-)
Close up of Maiko, but more importantly a picture of our favorite Aunt Stacey. I negotiated for quite sometime to get her to look :-)
Tyson and Cadence (2nd cousins) playing on Pop Pop's gator.

Saturday we loaded up and headed to Nirada (Hot Springs) to watch Aunt Kerri and Mike race in a Motocross Event.
Kerri and her cheering section.
Tyson was thrilled to watch the motorcycles but this watermelon took a close 2nd.
" I can see from up here"
Afterward we hung out and tried on their gear.
Um...no, never. 'Cause Mommy said.
This grin was on his face all day...

After motocross we headed for Grandpa's to ride horses (gotta keep them all happy).
Kaitlyn's horse Fiddle was healing from a leg wound so she got to try out Grandpa's horse, Cash. For the most part Cash was good to her but he did manage to have one bucking spell. She hung on, didn't cry and got back on him so we were pretty proud of her.
Morgan on Magic
Ashton got to hang out with Doc and Daddy.
After riding they decided to have a bowling tournament in the house.
His bowling face when he knocks something down.

Last but not least we took the short hike to the TFalls Dam. It's always impressive this time of year and did not disappoint - it was running full bore. We could not get Tyson out on the platform but the rest of them were game for a photo opp.
Busted! on the ride home. Nice hats Buddy.
