Easter Day

Easter Egg Dying is one of those activities that you love and hate all at the same time. They each had their own strategy:

Oh yes, things are about to get messy...

We set out to make perfect eggs, with drawings on them before dying and ultimate patience until the color was right.

Not very patient but creative with colors...

How many can I get done in 5 minutes?

Besides the stained fingers and an entire cup of green spilling on a dining room chair, it wasn't so bad :)

The eating table was full so the Dad's enjoyed their dinner at the kids table. It worked :)

The morning of Easter

It was chilly and foggy but they were rarin' to go.

I'm eating mine on the hill...so I don't have to share.

Now...back to business. Our hairdresser was in town so we had to take advantage. Mommy, Auntie E and Addy all got haircuts too.

Just a trim

Just 4 inches off to fix the place in the back where Morgan cut out her pony tail...yes, it wasn't pretty.

Then the Easter weather hit

What weather?

All dressed up for dinner.

Ready to chow! They fill up an 8-person table pretty quickly.
The adults have to fend for themselves :)

The twins and Ginny. She's starting to disappear in pictures :)
