His actual birthday was on Tuesday, the 31st.
All he wanted was a new pair of Nike's - so under his pile of school clothes that morning was a present, wrapped in green. He saw it first thing and said "Santa Clause Came!". I reminded him that it was his birthday and he said, oh yeah, that's right :)
New shoes to wear to school! Woohoo
The crown almost didn't fit but it worked.
We made football cupcakes to take to his class...and he felt pretty special.
He got 6 "Hip, Hip, Hooray's" at the end :)
Then he volunteered to read a book to his class. He did well, even with an upside down crown.
He requested pizza for dinner.

Present time - Boise State stuff!!!
Daddy helping him open a box - with just cowboy boots in it. He informed me that he doesn't wear cowboy boots anymore. But he said he'd wear these if I made him dress up to go somewhere :)
Then the last and biggest present. I love Devin's face.
He helped me wrap them but he was over the top excited to see what it was anyway.
Mr.Sports got himself some posters so he could study the teams. He's always asking which team is which and what sport they play. Mommy used to know that stuff but now he can figure it out a little on his own :) Love his face on this one!
He and Daddy named each one and he was beyond excited about these.
