Easter Weekend

2nd Grandma bought the girls the cutest easter dresses w/ sweaters.

They got all dudded up for the Easter Egg Hunt @ our park in Manhattan.

Kaitlyn called it her pretty pink princess dress.

Morgan knew she was cuter than a bugs ear and was showing off.

Then as we were getting ready to leave we said "where's Morgan?" She was in our bathroom, doing her makeup.

All loaded up and headed to the park!

Kaitlyn was giving Morgan instructions because she was an Easter egg hunting rookie.

Daddy also gave pointers.
This was the view from Kaitlyn's area of Morgan's 1-2 year old group.

And here's Kaitlyn in action. She had to shake every egg to be sure there was something in it - slowing down her egg collecting.

She made out pretty well after getting the hang of it and a little coaching from Grandma.

One of our first family pictures w/ Tyson

And we must zoom in on the little tike - he missed the whole hunt 'cause he was sleeping but we all enjoyed a little sunshine.

Priceless picture

The long walk back - the sugar was wearing off quickly!

Here's Kaitlyn and Morgan riding the cow.
There is a video that goes with this but it wasn't working - I'll keep trying!

EASTER MORNING! The girls woke up to a basket full of toys and didn't really even notice the chocolate and eggs hidden all over the house.

Morgan was truely excited that she got a waterbottle from the Easter Bunny.

Kaitlyn got a new puzzle w/ Jasmine and Alladin and had to put it together first.

Now for the good stuff...

I found another one!
What a good day this is going to be - candy for breakfast!
Tyson and the Easter Bunny cheering them on!

After most of the candy was found the girls wanted Daddy to read them a new story.

Kaitlyn made us all be quiet so she could feed her baby.

Theron and the girls broke out the new kites...

Kaitlyn doing it all by herself.

Morgan's turn...and shortly after this, the kite was in the top of the tree to the left. Don't worry, Daddy got it down!
Morgan then tried her smaller kite

All in all it was a nice spring day and and wonderful Easter Sunday.
