So the day finally came - and here is the final pregnant picture at 8 am - no cameras were allowed from this point on...

...until our baby boy arrived at 2:48 pm.

All 9# 13 oz of him and measured over 22 inches long.

Kathy and the girls arrived shortly after his arrival, she was the first grandma on the scene - proud as ever.

The next group of visitors was Green Grandma, Grandpa JD, and Ginny - they missed it by 1 hour.

That night after everyone had left Daddy got to hang out with him - now down to business, the name? After narrowing our list and deciding that we needed a rather manly name that would fit our little tank - we chose Tyson David. It was one of Daddy's favorites and Mommy didn't like it until I saw him and realized it truely fits him. David is Theron's father's name - fitting for a first grandson.

And we ended the day together too...
