60 to 95

This week the weather changed from 60's to 90's!
Not sure what happened to all those degrees in between that are actually enjoyable.

Kaitlyn enjoyed it. She's logged quite a few hours in the ditch already and is teaching herself to swim...

Devin likes it...kinda...he preferred it when the mosquitos were hiding instead of biting. He, like his sister Morgan is a mosquito magnet and well...it doesn't do much for him.

Saturday his eyes were really swollen, this is after a few doses of Benadryl. Poor dude, it didn't even look like him.

The flowers and the garden like it.

Morgan likes it. She got a new swimming suit...with a skirt of corse...:)

Her and Tyson aren't huge fans of the ditch so we set up the big little pool. Tyson got his boat (that doesn't float) out of the shed and he and Morgan played Ryelan, Jenny and baby MacKenzie (a very popular game in our house).

They were teaching her how to swim on her own.
At least they started with the backfloat...and gave her a snow sled for extra support.

I had asked Kaitlyn earlier to get a picture of them because they were being cute and I was working on the yard. They refused to have their picture taken by Kaitlyn...awe, aren't siblings wonderful?

Um yeah Mom, it's too hot for clothes...seriously.

Duke is not a fan of the heat. Poor boy. This particular weekend he was extra sad because Mr. Chaz decided to run away on Friday night. We looked EVERYWHERE for two days and had people all over town keeping an eye out for him. Sunday night around 10pm he showed up at our old house, the neighbors recognized him and brought him home. We were thankful to see him, but silently wanted to ring his neck.

Well Devin's swolen eyes didn't slow him down one bit. He even helped Daddy get the dishwasher installed. Yes 2nd Grandma we finally got rid of the 'Dish Wetter' as Theron called it :)

"So I take this screw and scratch it all along here?"

A little ice cream (all over the floor) to cool down.

We had a little engineering going on at the house...
Morgan's 2nd favorite pair of shorty-shorts didn't have pocket so she made one out of paper and tape. She said it was to hold her Ipod. Trendy...

Devin didn't really want to eat so he made blocks for his truck out of his snack.

He was quite proud of himself "Mommy, look at me!"
